Funlympics 2026 - May 20th, 2026
2025 was a fantastic year for Wildcats PTO fundraising—it was our best ever! We’re so grateful to all the families in Needham for their generous donations and to our wonderful corporate sponsors. We raised an amazing $38,000.
As we get ready for another fundraising season in 2026/2027, we’re aiming even higher: $40,000!
Thanks to your kind donations and corporate sponsorships, Wildcats PTO has been able to put $20,000 towards renovating our library this summer.
Wildcats PTO Annual Operating Budget - $36,000
Here’s how we enrich our campus with your donations:
Needham Elementary annual t-shirts for EVERY student
Monthly Staff Appreciation lunches and snack carts
$500 annually for classroom supplies to every teacher and support staff
Holiday and year-end staff gifts
Mini grant fulfillment - Any staff member can apply for a mini grant to enhance their classroom experience with items (like books or project supplies) or experiences (like field trips).
Family friendly school events such as Monster Bash & Funlympics
Anything we raise over $36,000 goes towards the “project” of the year. Currently, we’re working on a building a Makers Lab in our library, which will be accessible to all students and classrooms.
Every donation, no matter how small, makes a big difference to the Needham community and all the amazing things we’re working towards!
